- W2321262044 abstract "Tum eklem cikiklari goz onune alindiginda, dirsek cikikla- rinin sikligi cocuklarda birinci, eriskinlerde ise ikinci sirada gelir; genc eriskinlerde siklikla gozlenir. Dirsek valgus ve supinasyonda iken aksiyel yuklenme ile posterior dirsek cikigi %90 siklikta gelisir. Yaralanmanin siddetine bagli ola- rak, kapsuloligamentoz yaralanmalari iceren basit dirsek cikiklari ya da radius basi ve koronoid kiriginin eslik ettigi kompleks dirsek cikiklari (korkunc uclu) gelisebilir. Dirsek bolgesinde yer alan travma, eklemin genis yuzeyi barindir- masi, cevreleyen baglarin fonksiyonu ve norovaskuler yapi- lara yakin komsulugu nedeniyle onemlidir. Dirsek bolgesi travmalarin tani ve tedavisi karmasiktir, komplikasyonlar ortaya cikabilmektedir. Erken donemde norolojik kompli- kasyonlar, damarsal yaralanmalar ve kompartman send- romu gorulur. Gec donemde gorulenler ise hareket kaybi, travma sonrasi artroz, myositis ossifikans ve heterotopik ossifikasyon, instabilite, radyoulnar sinositoz/instabilite, kubitus rekurvatum, kaynamama, kemik iyilesmesinde bo- zukluklar/malunion, enfeksiyon ve yara problemleridir. Anahtar sozcukler: dirsek eklemi; cikiklar; komplikasyonlar Elbow dislocation is the most common joint dislocation in childrens, second most common in adults. It is often ob- served in young adults. Posterior elbow dislocation devel- ops in 90% of the cases during axial loading while elbow is in valgus and supination. Depending on the severity of the injury, simple elbow dislocation containing capsuloliga- mentous lesion or complex elbow dislocation accompanied by radial head dislocation and coronoid fractures (terrible triad) may develop. The case is important since the trauma is located in the elbow joint hosts a large surface and due to the function of the surrounding ligaments close to the neu- rovascular structures. Diagnosis and treatment of elbow trauma is complex, and complications may occur: neuro- logical complications in the early stages, including vascular injury and compartment syndrome. Late-term complica- tions are motion loss, post-traumatic arthritis, myositis os- sificans and heterotopic ossification, instability, radioulnar sinositoz/instability, cubitus recurvatum, nonunion, bone healing disorders/malunion infection and wound problems." @default.
