- W2321298208 abstract "近年，超音波エネルギーをがん治療に用いようとする研究が進み，低出力超音波による薬物効果増強作用が明らかとなってきた．また，腫瘍の血管新生阻害が新たながん治療の一つとして注目されている．そこで著者らは，低出力超音波エネルギーによる生体作用および薬物効果増強作用に注目し，新たながん治療として期待される血管新生抑制療法に超音波照射を併用した基礎研究を初めて行ない子宮肉腫に対する有用性を報告した．さらに，造影超音波カラードプラ法を用いて抗腫瘍効果および血管新生阻害効果をリアルタイムに評価し，低出力超音波を診断と治療の両面で同時に活用することに成功した．超音波の生体作用についてはまだ十分には解明されていないが，低出力超音波を照射されたがん細胞には一過性の小孔が形成され（Sonoporation），これらの小孔から薬物が細胞内により多く取り込まれることにより，薬物透過作用が促進されると考えられる．また，血管新生阻害剤と低出力超音波の併用療法は，がん細胞が産生する血管新生因子VEGFを阻害し骨髄中の循環血管内皮前駆細胞の誘導を抑制，かつ血管新生抑制因子TSP-1を促進することも明らかとなった．著者らは，近い将来，現行の超音波カラードプラ診断装置が改良され，“診断と同時にがん治療がリアルタイムで行える低出力超音波治療”の時代の到来を予見する．" @default.
