- W2321800843 abstract "レーザーイオン化飛行時間型質量分析法は，気相の芳香族化合物の高選択的な分析が可能な手法である．本研究では，水溶液中の成分の簡易・高感度分析法として同手法を適用するための条件について検討した．水溶液中の2,4-キシレノールについては，波長266 nmの紫外イオン化レーザーを用いることで直接検出することができた．また，波長532 nmの蒸発用レーザーを試料導入用キャピラリーカラムの先端に照射することで，信号強度の増加が確認され，カラム先端部にフリットを使用しなくても試料分子がパルス状に導入されることが分かった．さらに，蒸発用レーザーの使用に加え，導入用カラムの内径を小さくすることで，水溶液がより円滑に真空チャンバー内に導入され，それに伴い測定対象成分のピーク強度の変動も小さくなることが確認された．一方，水溶液中の難揮発性フェニルアラニンについては，紫外レーザーを直接ノズル先端に照射することで検出できた．今後，環境水や培地に含まれる芳香族化合物の高感度・高選択的・リアルタイム分析法としての適用が期待できる．" @default.
