- W2321820131 abstract "【目的】地域在住高齢者を対象とし，継続的なウォーキングプログラムが体力と閉眼時の歩行に与える影響を検討した。【方法】対象者は健常な地域在住高齢者20名とした。対象者にはベースライン評価時にウォーキングプログラムを指導し，6ヶ月後に最終評価を行った。体力評価として，開眼片脚立位保持時間，Timed Up & Go Test，10回椅子立ち上がり時間（Sit-to Stand test，以下STS），開閉眼立位における重心動揺の総軌跡長より算出したロンベルグ率を評価した。歩行評価として，閉眼時の歩行における歩行速度，歩幅，両脚支持期間を評価した。【結果】6ヶ月間でSTS の有意な短縮を認めた。閉眼時の歩行において，歩行速度の有意な向上，歩幅の有意な増大，両脚支持期間の有意な短縮を認めた。またロンベルグ率の変化率と両脚支持期間の変化率に有意な相関関係を認めた。【結語】6ヶ月間のウォーキングプログラムは体力と閉眼時の歩行能力を向上させる可能性が示唆された。" @default.
