- W2321829563 abstract "日々の気温と日長の経過からイネの幼穂分化期, 出穂期およびその間の幼穂の発育ステージを動的に予測するモデルを導き, 水稲品種日本晴, コシヒカリおよびIR36の3品種に適用した. 出芽から出穂に到る発育過程を幼穂分化期の前後で環境反応が異なるとの仮定のもとにモデル化した. すなわち, 出芽時の発育指数 (DVI) を0, 幼穂分化時のそれを1, 出穂時のそれを2と定め, この制約条件の下で, 発育速度 (DVR) と気温および日長との関係を与える数式のパラメータを, 京都で行った3品種の作期移動試験の幼穂分化期および出穂期のデータを用いて, 各品種・各発育相別に決定した. 得られたパラメータ値から, 水稲発育の環境反応は幼穂分化期の前後の発育相で異なることが示唆された. モデルによる3品種の水稲の幼穂分化期および出穂期の推定精度は標準誤差でそれぞれ2.1～2.4日, 1.5～2.3日であったが, 幼穂分化期で発育相を分割しないで, 出芽から出穂までのDVRの環境反応を不変と仮定したモデルによる同データの出穂期推定の標準誤差は1.8～3.6日であった. これより, 発育相の分割によってモデルの推定精度が向上し, 生育予測・診断のための幼穂分化期および出穂期の予測を実用的精度で行うことが可能と考えられる. さらに, 以上のようにして求めたDVI値と幼穂の発育ステージとの間には, 品種や環境によらずほぼ一定の関係が認められたことから, モデルによって幼穂の発育ステージをも気象の経過のみから推定・予測可能であることが示唆された." @default.
