The results indicates as follows: The degree of both job satisfaction and organizational commitment is in medium level; Job satisfaction shows a significantly positive correlation with emotional commitment, normative commitment and ideal commitment,while such correlation is not so significant in economic commitment and chance commitment; Moreover, job satisfaction plays a positive role in predicting emotional commitment, normative commitment and ideal commitment.
