- W2321868942 abstract "黒毛和種肥育牛における肥育後期へのビタミンＣ（VC）製剤の給与が血液成分と枝肉成績に及ぼす影響を調査した．通常の肥育飼料に加えVC製剤（ビタミンＣを70％含有した大豆硬化油被覆製剤）を１日30g給与した15頭を給与群，非給与の15頭を対照群とした．VC製剤給与前の24カ月齢から出荷まで，１カ月に１回採血を行い血液生化学検査結果の推移を調査した．出荷時の枝肉成績を調査し両群間で比較検討した．血漿VC濃度，血清ビタミンＡ（VA）濃度および血清総コレステロール（Tcho）濃度等の血液生化学検査結果の推移には有意な変化は認められなかった．枝肉成績では，牛脂肪交雑基準Beef Marbling Standards（BMS）（給与群：8.40±1.64，対照群：7.27±1.44），ロース芯面積（給与群：68.7±8.6cm2，対照群：62.1±10.2cm2），および内臓価格（給与群：１頭当たり15,199±984円，対照群：1頭当たり13,907±1,837円）において給与群が対照群に比べて有意に高い値を示した．BMSに重要な影響を及ぼすと考えられているVAや，枝肉成績をモニタリングする重要な指標であるTchoなどの血液検査成績には有意な差がない状態で，給与群においてBMSおよびロース芯面積が有意に増加したことから，肥育後期におけるVC製剤の給与はBMSおよびロース芯面積を増加させる可能性が示唆された．" @default.
