- W2322093586 abstract "けい光X線分析に適したフェロアロイの粉砕法について研究した.鉄-マンガン,ケイ素-マンガン,鉄-クロム,ケイ素-クロムおよびカルシウム-ケイ素の各品種について200μに粉砕した試料を,さらにルーレット・ミルで炭酸ガスふんい気のもとで粉砕した.その結果,最適条件として炭酸ガス流量毎分2lのもとで,試料重量30～40g,粉砕時間30秒が得られた.この条件のもとで,粉砕後の試料粒度は4～8μでほぼ一定であった.化学成分は大部分の品種では変化しなかったが,一部の品種では,マンガン,クロム,カルシウム,ケイ素の各成分で約0.5%の減少がみられた.この成分減少を防ぐため,真空下でルーレヅト・ミルの粉砕を行なったが炭酸ガスふんい気下の結果とほとんど変わらなかった.真空下の実験は,手順が複雑であるので今後は炭酸ガスふんい気下の粉砕を採用していくことにした." @default.
