- W2322141062 abstract "ポリマー中に導電性フィラーを分散させた複合体は多くの工業分野で使われている。これらの複合 体にはPTC(正温度係数)特性を示すものがあり，自己温度制御付与面状発熱体として使用できる。本研究では，短織維のニッケル被覆炭素繊維をエポキシ樹脂に充填した導電性複合体について，電気的体積抵抗に及ぼす繊維の充填量，長さ，樹脂の膨張などの影響と発熱特性を調べた。複合体の電気 的体積抵抗は繊維の充填量の増加にともなって指数関数的に減少し，一定充填量になると減少が鈍くなる転移点が認められ，転移点を示す充填量はアスペクト比の逆数と比例した。複合体の体積抵抗と 樹脂の線膨張率の温度依存性は良い相関を示した。複合体に一定電圧を負荷して発熱させ，さらに環境温度を変化させたときの表面温度は体積抵抗の変化に従って変動し，温度を40℃から70℃まで変化 させた場合，表面温度は環境温度の変化に対して約5%の低下を示した。" @default.
