- W2322334331 abstract "乳腺腺筋上皮腫はまれな乳腺腫瘍であり，基本的には良性腫瘍と考えられていたが，近年悪性例の報告も散見される．今回われわれは，浸潤性乳管癌を合併した乳腺腺筋上皮腫の1例を経験したので報告する．症例は85歳女性．左乳房外側上部に腫瘤を自覚し当科受診．超音波検査で1.4cm大の境界明瞭平滑で分葉形を呈する低エコー腫瘤を認め，針生検で浸潤性乳管癌と診断．病期Iの乳癌と診断し，左乳房円状部分切除術・左腋窩リンパ節郭清を施行した．病理組織学的所見では腺上皮が筋上皮とともに二相性を保って増生しており，免疫染色で腺上皮がEMA陽性，筋上皮がαSMA陽性で，乳腺腺筋上皮腫と診断されたほか，腫瘤辺縁のごく一部に2.3mm大の乳頭腺管癌を認めた．腺筋上皮腫細胞の異型性は軽度で，核分裂像も認めず，腺筋上皮腫との移行像も観察されなかったことから，別々に発生して衝突したものと考えられた．" @default.
