- W2322388625 abstract "〔目的〕半腱様筋（ST）腱使用による前十字靱帯（ACL）再建術後長期経過例について，両膝屈筋群の筋活動を検討した．〔対象〕再建術後より12ヶ月以上経過した男女9名．〔方法〕アイソキネティックマシーンを用い膝関節角度30°，60°，90°および105°における，膝屈筋出力と筋活動の測定を行った．〔結果〕対象者を筋出力に基づいて健側100％とし，膝深屈曲位で術側が8割以上回復している者（回復群）と8割未満で低下したままの者（非回復群）に分けた．筋活動は，回復群術側と非回復群術側と健側のSTに筋放電量低下を認めた．〔結語〕ST腱使用によるACL再建術後，長期経過しても術側の腱採取の影響によりドナー筋の筋活動低下が残存し，術側の筋出力o筋活動共に低下している場合には，健側STの筋活動低下も生じることが示唆された．" @default.
