- W2322859091 abstract "これまで，気管支喘息を代表とするアレルギー疾患の病態生理は免疫細胞を中心に展開されてきたが，近年，気道の構成細胞，特に気道上皮細胞のアレルギー疾患における発症や増悪における役割が注目されている。気道上皮は外界に開かれており，様々な環境外来因子の侵入を防ぐための防御ラインとしての役割とともに，様々なサイトカイン，ケモカインを産生し，免疫反応においても重要な役割を担っている。アレルギー疾患においては，アレルギー炎症の起点としての役割があり，気道上皮細胞への関心が高まっている。外来抗原の上皮細胞暴露により引き起こされる気道上皮のバリア機能の破綻と，上皮細胞由来のIL-25，IL-33，TSLPなどのサイトカイン産生が，アレルギー疾患の発症や悪化に深くかかわっていると推測されている。IL-25はTh2細胞が産生する新規IL-17サイトカインファミリーとして同定され，アレルギー性炎症を誘導することや自然型Th2サイトカイン産生細胞にも反応することが知られている。本稿では，IL-25のアレルギー性炎症における役割，疾患病態との関連，筆者が解明した上皮細胞からのIL-25誘導のメカニズムなどについて概説する。" @default.
