Материал и методы. Проведено иммуногистохимическое исследование 582 случаев аденокарциномы толстой кишки с определением 11 различных параметров, имеющих отношение к развитию опухоли и ее лечению. Результаты. Совместное определение рецептора к хемокину CXCR4 и пролиферативной активности (Ki-67) позволяет определить прогноз развития заболевания с учетом безрецидивной выживаемости у больных при II стадии заболевания после радикального хирургического лечения. Заключение. Предиктивную значимость имеют показатели тимидилат синтазы и тимидин фосфорилазы. Иммуногистохимическое исследование других маркеров (ALDH1, CCR10, ERCC-1, DYPD, топоизомеразы-II-альфа, III-класс-бета-тубулина) для выбора тактики лечения больных раком толстой кишки показало, что они значения не имеют." @default.
