- W2324458621 abstract "本研究の目的は閉経後女性のDXA装置による橈骨遠位部（1/3，1/10）の骨量測定は薬効評価に有用か否か，ならびにそれらと腰椎および大腿骨近位部の骨量との相関関係を検討することである．ビスホスホネート治療群の6ヶ月間のBMD（bone mineral density）変化率は，橈骨遠位1/3では他剤（ビスホスホネート以外）治療群，遠位1/10は未治療群と比較しそれぞれ有意に増加していた（0.52% vs -0.90%，1.34% vs -5.16%）．橈骨遠位1/3の骨量は，大腿骨頚部の骨量と有意な相関関係を認めた（BMD：R2＝0.211，Z値：R2＝0.253，T値：R2＝0.225）．本研究の結果より橈骨遠位1/3および1/10の骨量測定は薬効評価に有用である可能性があり，また橈骨遠位1/3の骨量は大腿骨頚部の骨量と相関していることが明らかとなった．" @default.
