The results demonstrate that men feel more included, have more perceived opportunities, and experience less discrimination in the work place than women. However, men reported more work-family and family-work conflict than women. When all the variables were entered into regression model gender did not predict inclusion however work-family conflict and perceived discrimination were negatively related to inclusion whereas opportunity was positively related.
