Results are presented for solutions allowing all possible combinations of up to three partial waves to be inelastic. Four basic types of solution are found, and experiments are suggested which will best help to decide among them. Two of these groups of solutions show some evidence for a resonance in the ${P}_{frac{1}{2}}$ partial wave, although its precise characteristics cannot be determined with present data." @default.
