- W2326468162 abstract "TRT (Tinnitus Retraining Therapy) はJastreboffによって1990年に提唱された神経生理学的モデルに基づいた耳鳴順応療法でカウンセリング (Directive Counseling) とSG (sound generator) (以下SG) を主とする音響療法からなる。聴力正常または軽度難聴症例においては音源として主にSGを用いたTRTを施行するのに対して, 中等度～高度難聴症例においては, SGの治療音を聴取しえないこともあり, 補聴器によるTRTを施行し外界音の入力によって耳鳴に対する順応をおこし, 耳鳴感を軽減することが勧められている。一方SG付き補聴器によるTRTでは, 補聴器による外界音の入力とともにさらにSGによる治療音の入力があり, より高い改善感が得られると推察された。平成16年4月から平成21年3月までの5年間に当院耳鳴難聴外来を受診しTRTを試みた耳鳴患者 183例 (男102人女81人) のうち, SG付きの補聴器 (HA) を用いてTRTを施行し, 耳鳴改善感が得られた2症例を経験したので報告する。" @default.
