- W2326850205 abstract "シクロヘキサン-1,3-ジオンを用いた雨水中低級脂肪族アルデヒドの蛍光誘導体化フローインジェクション分析法を検討した.試薬溶液と酢酸アンモニウム-酢酸緩衝液の流路を分け,両溶液を混合後すぐにキャリヤー溶液とともに反応装置に導く3流路系システムを設計した.反応温度を90℃に設定することによりベースラインを安定させ,低級脂肪族アルデヒド総量(ホルムアルデヒド換算値)を精度よく高感度に測定することができた.ホルムアルデヒドは10～100ppbの範囲で良好な直線性を示し,50ppbにおける10回の繰り返し測定に対する相対標準偏差(RSD)は1%以下であった.本法を用いて,雨水中の微量低級脂肪族アルデヒドを迅速かつ簡便に測定できることが分かった." @default.
