- W2327697917 abstract "心拍変動の非周期性成分に対する年齢の影響を検討するために, 健常者46名の24時間の心電図の心拍変動から粗視化スペクトル法を用いて非周期性成分のパワースペクトルを抽出し, 年齢によるパワーの変化を分析した.対象を年齢によって, 若年群 (16～29歳; 平均23±4歳) , 中年群 (30～49歳; 41±6歳) , 高年群 (50～67歳; 59±5歳) に分け, 非周期性成分の両対数パワースペクトルを各群について平均したところ, どの群でも右下がりの両対数パワースペクトルが得られた.3群のスペクトルを同じ座標にプロットをすると, 低い周波数帯域ではスペクトルは互いに重畳したが, 高い周波数帯域のパワーは若年群>中年群>高年群の順で解離を示した.群間の平均パワーの差をANOVAにより検討した結果, 1.3×10-3Hz未満では有意な群間の差がなかったが, それ以上の周波数では有意な差が見られた (P=0.016) .また, 全対象で, 年齢と対数パワーとの間の相関を検討したところ, やはり1.3×10-3Hz以上で有意な負の相関が見られた (P=0.014) .これらの結果は, 非周期性成分のパワーに対する加齢の影響は周波数帯域によって異なり, 1.3×10-3Hzより低い周波数帯域のパワーは加齢による影響を受けないのに対し, それ以上の周波数帯域のパワーは加齢と共に減少することを示す.本研究の結果は, 心拍変動の非周期性成分が周波数帯域で年齢依存性の異なる2つの成分に分離される可能性を示唆する." @default.
