- W2328021085 abstract "薬物のなかには塩酸塩など，水に溶解してイオン性を有するものが多いが，イオン化した状態で経皮的に薬物を投与する場合，イオンが有する電荷を輸送駆動力として利用できる．つまり，皮膚を介して発生する，あるいは発生させた電位差を利用して薬物を皮膚から体内に送達する方法である．そのような手法としてイオン性薬物によるイオン勾配を駆動力にしたアイオニックパッシブと，古くから知られているイオントフォレーシスがある．これらの理解には電気化学的なイオン輸送現象の基礎知識が必要であり，特に拡散を基本に考えてきたこれまでの物質輸送理論系とは異なり，イオン化した状態での薬物の経皮投与と考えることが必要となる．この技術の一部はすでに薬理学実験での薬物投与のレベルから臨床試験のレベルに達しており，拡散電位や輸率と呼ばれるイオン特有の概念を経皮吸収理論に取り入れることにより，新しい考え方に基づく製剤設計が可能となってきた．" @default.
