- W2328331489 abstract "【目的】Howell-Jolly小体（Howell-Jolly bodies, HJb）と脾体積の関連性，および脾体積変動の検討。【方法】当院CT検査で脾体積が100 cm3以下で2回以上HJbの有無を検査した症例を対象とした。またHJbが確認された症例で複数回CT検査を行った症例については脾体積変動を評価した。【結果】対象39例をHJbが常に出現（I群），ときに出現（II群），全く出現しない（III群）に分けた。男性の平均脾体積はI，II，III群それぞれ25.6 cm3，45.3 cm3，71.1 cm3であった。女性のI群症例はなく，II，III群はそれぞれ59.8 cm3，62.2 cm3であった。脾体積変動は11例中3例はうっ血性心不全により2倍程度の体積変動を認めたが，他8例は変動がほとんどなかった。【結論】脾体積とHJb出現は男性で相関を認め，全身状態が安定している症例では脾体積変動は少ないことから，脾体積やHJb出現は脾臓の免疫機能低下の指標となりうる。" @default.
