- W2328399100 abstract "製紙用の漂白木材クラフトパルプのTEMPO触媒酸化によって得られる，均一超極細幅・高アスペクト比で完全に水中でナノ分散したセルロースナノファイバーの基礎特性と応用の可能性について，これまでの研究成果をまとめた。水系媒体常温常圧でのTEMPO触媒酸化反応によって，元の木材セルロースの結晶構造，結晶化度，結晶サイズを変化させることなく，約3nm幅の結晶性木材セルロースミクロフィブリル表面に露出しているC6位の1級水酸基を，ほぼ全てカルボキシル基のナトリウム塩に変換できる。得られたTEMPO酸化セルロースを水中で軽微な解繊処理をすることにより，完全ナノ分散化したTEMPO酸化セルロースナノフィブリル（TOCN）が得られる。このTOCNから，高ガスバリア透明フィルム，軽量高強度プラスチック複合材料，無機ナノクレイとの複合材料等の新規機能材料への応用展開が可能となる。" @default.
