- W2328556905 abstract "【目的】あいりん地域にはホームレス群と，生活保護受給にてホームレスを脱却した群（生保群）が混在している。これら2群の栄養学的特性を調査し，両群共通の問題点ならびに両群間の比較より浮かび上がった問題点を明らかにすることにより，今後必要なサポートについての検討を行った。【方法】2007年9月から2008年2月の間，当院における結核検診受診者を対象に，半定量食物摂取頻度調査法による食事調査を行った。うち，156名のホームレス群と45名の生保群を合わせた201名を本調査の対象者とし，身体計測，採血，食事調査結果の比較を行った。【結果】両群ともに痩せや貧血の者が多い半面，生活習慣病ハイリスク者も存在し，問題が多いことが分かった。両群の摂取量の比較では，ホームレス群において嗜好飲料がより多く，野菜がより少なかった。これら食品群の特徴を調査したところ，この地域には嗜好飲料の自動販売機が非常に多く，他地域より安いため入手しやすいこと，スーパーで主菜類・主食類の惣菜が安価で販売され，相対的に野菜類の惣菜は高価であることが分かった。【結論】両群ともに問題点が多かったが，生保群の方が一部において良好であった。今後，ホームレス脱却のための社会的支援と同時に，嗜好飲料入手環境及びスーパーにおける食環境の整備，並びに栄養教育が重要であると考えられた。" @default.
