- W2328603596 abstract "脱脂アズキより,冷水で抽出される多糖を80%飽和硫安で沈澱させ,さらにDEAE・SephadexA-50カラムクロマトグラフィーにより精製してグルコースからのみなる多糖P1を得た.P1はHPLC分析,メチル化分析,酵素分解の結果から,重量平均分子量約2万,平均鎖長およそ13で,単位鎖長の最多成分が10～50に分布するα-グルカンであると同定した.さらにβ一アミラーゼの分解で得られるβ・LDをプルラナーゼおよびイソァミラーゼで処理し,その分解物の鎖長分布を求めたところ,重合度4～8のオリゴ糖が少なく,重合度10以上のオリゴ糖が大部分となっているのがわかる.重合度2および3の画分の還元末端基量(A')と重合度4以上の画分の還元末端基の和(B')との比(A'/B')は約2.1となり,B鎖に対するA鎖の割合がアワ,キビ,ヒエ,モロコシおよびソバのα-グルカンに比べ高いことが明らかとなった." @default.
