- W2328752439 abstract "結腸アニサキス症は，その頻度が非常に低く，臨床診断は困難である．しかも，それが成人の腸重積の誘因となることは極めてまれである．今回われわれは，上行結腸重積症の診断にて開腹手術を行い，結腸アニサキス症と診断された症例を経験したので報告する．症例は35歳女性で，来院2日前より上腹部不快感があり，上腹部痛，下痢，嘔吐が著明となり来院した．腹部単純CTにより上行結腸重積症と診断し，緊急開腹手術を施行した．開腹時には，重積は自然解除されていたが，上行結腸の著明な肥厚が認められ，悪性疾患も考慮して切除した．術後の病理組織学的検査によりアニサキス症と診断された．結腸アニサキス症の腸重積合併例は極めてまれで，本例を含めて5例の報告がみられるのみである．発症前の魚介類の生食状況の確認が重要であるとの示唆に富んだ症例であった．" @default.
