- W2328997610 abstract "本稿では，カンボジア農村における家計所得の変動要因と，出稼ぎ家計員による仕送りが所得の平準化に果たす役割について，「カンボジア社会経済調査2009」を用い検討する．このために，Paxson[1992] が家計の所得平準化の程度を推計するために用いた二段階推定法を援用し，第一段階で推計された恒常所得と一時所得を用い，第二段階で，これらの推計値を出稼ぎ家計員による仕送り額に回帰させることにより，所得変動がどのような要因によって生起するのか，および，出稼ぎ家計員による仕送りが所得変動の影響を，どの程度吸収しているのかについて分析を行う．第一段階での頑健推定法による分析結果は，家計所得への影響は，村レベルの予期できないショック（干ばつ，洪水などによる作物被害）の方が，家計レベルでの予期できないショック（家計員の疾病等による障害）よりも，より深刻であることを示唆し，第二段階でのトービット・モデルによる分析結果は，出稼ぎ家計員からの仕送りは一時的所得による家計所得の変動を約40％程度相殺すること，および，恒常所得が大きいほど仕送り額も大きいことを示した．これらの分析結果は，カンボジアの場合，家計所得の変動を生起する多様なショック要因が存在すること，および，出稼ぎ家計員による仕送りだけでは，家計所得の変動をカバーできていないことを示した点で意義があると考えられる．" @default.
