- W2329492010 abstract "経口免疫療法（Oral immunotherapy：OIT）は食物アレルギーの治療として注目されている．OITの効果は食物抗原に対する反応閾値を上昇させ，脱感作状態を誘導することである．しかし，以下のような問題点も明らかになってきた．1）症例多くは治療中に何らかの誘発症状を経験し，時にはアドレナリン筋肉注射を必要とする場合もある，2）重症例へのOITは中等症以下の症例へのそれと比較し，誘発症状の頻度が高く，アドレナリン筋肉注射の使用も多い，3）OITによる脱感作状態は短い治療中止期間で失われる，4）OITで得られた耐性化は自然経過による耐性化とは異なる，5）適切な治療抗原量や必要な治療期間が確立していない．ゆえに我が国ではOITは研究的診療として広く行われているが，いまだ研究段階の治療であり専門施設で臨床研究として行うべきである．" @default.
