- W2329922249 abstract "酒石酸吸入による咳反射テスト (以下，酒石酸咳反射テストと略) により不顕性誤嚥を予測できるかどうかについて検討した。嚥下障害患者149例に対して，嚥下造影検査の直前に同テストを施行した。同テストの結果と，誤嚥がみられた症例における“むせ”の有無，程度との関連について調べた。酒石酸咳反射が正常であった症例は71例 (48％)，中等度低下していた症例は47例 (32％)，高度低下していた症例は31例 (21％) であった。誤嚥がみられた症例は62例 (42％) あり，酒石酸咳反射テストの結果と誤嚥時の“むせ”の有無，程度との間では強い相関がみられた。また，全149例中，検査後3カ月間で嚥下性肺炎を発症した症例は15例 (10％) であった。酒石酸咳反射が低下しているほど嚥下性肺炎を発症するリスクは高く，重症化するケースもみられた。酒石酸咳反射の程度は，嚥下造影検査において，誤嚥時の“むせ”の有無，程度と相関がみられた。以上より，酒石酸咳反射の程度を評価することが，不顕性誤嚥の予測に有用であると考えた。" @default.
