- W2330191791 abstract "cwCO2レーザ光を加熱源とするステップ加熱法により熱定数ならびにCO2レーザ光に対する吸収率の測定が可能な熱特性測定装置を試作し, 鉄系材料について主に吸収特性を調査した結果, 次の諸特性が明らかになった.(1)試料の表面粗さσが大きいほど吸収率μは高くなる.σが0.1μm以上ではμ∝σ0.35の関係が認められる.ポリシ面のμは3%以下であるが, #80ペーパ仕上面では17%以上になる.(2)粗面の吸収率が大きくなる主因は, 表面粗さそれ自身よりも加工ひずみによる直流電気抵抗の増加にあると解釈され, アニーリングにより吸収率は著しく低下する.(3)試料表面の酸化膜が0.1μm以上になると急激に吸収率が増加し, 0.2μm以上の酸化膜では60%以上の吸収を示す.(4)炭素含有率が高いほど吸収率も高くなる.(5)105W/cm2オーダの高エネルギー密度状態における吸収特性も上記(1)～(4)とほぼ同じ傾向を示しており, 本法による基礎データの測定は, 加工現象の解析・加工条件の設定に極めて有効と判断される." @default.
