- W2331168220 abstract "アクロレインは接触気相酸化法によって,容易にかつ高収率にてアクリル酸に酸化される。MoO3:V2O5:Al2O3系触媒は300℃以下の空気処理と400℃における原料ガス処理からなる前処理を行なうことによって興味ある触媒活性を示すようになる。著者らは前処理法,配合重量比,担体の種類と粒度と付着率,触媒製法等について検討を行なった結果,最適触媒としてアルミニウムスポンジを担体としたMoO3:V2O5:Al2O3=8:1:0.1～0.4触媒(付着量:20g/100ml)を選定した。この触媒はアクロレイン濃度3.4vol%,酸素/アクロレインモル比1.65,水/アクロレインモル比16.5,接触時間1.64sec,空間速度1045hr-1,温度300℃の条件において,アクロレイン反応率97.3mol%,アクリル酸収率85.7mol%,選択率88.1%,アクリル酸純度95.4wt%の好成績を示した。この触媒の活性は28時間程度の連続使用によってはまったく変化せず,なお長時間の使用に耐えうるものと推定される。なお,副生成物としてはアクリル酸の2次的分解生成物以外にはほとんど認められず,さらに収率向上が期待できる。この触媒のすぐれた活性は,担体アルミニウムスポンジの溶出とそれに伴う原料金属塩の還元,300℃以下の空気処理による化合形態の規制,および400℃の原料ガス(還元ふんい気中)処理による安定化等によってもたらされたものと思われる。" @default.
