The configurations $frac{5}{{2}^{+}}[642ensuremath{uparrow}]$, $frac{5}{{2}^{ensuremath{-}}}[523ensuremath{downarrow}]$, ${mathrm{textonehalf{}}}^{ensuremath{-}}$[530], and $frac{3}{{2}^{ensuremath{-}}}[521ensuremath{uparrow}]$ are identified. Levels of the four additional rotational bands ${mathrm{textonehalf{}}}^{+}$[400], $frac{3}{{2}^{+}}[651ensuremath{uparrow}]$, $frac{7}{{2}^{+}}[633ensuremath{uparrow}]$, and $frac{7}{{2}^{ensuremath{-}}}[514ensuremath{downarrow}]$ are assigned tentatively. A level scheme of $^{239}mathrm{Np}$ containing $ensuremath{gamma}$ rays following the $ensuremath{beta}$ decay of $^{239}mathrm{U}$ is presented also.NUCLEAR REACTIONS $^{238}mathrm{U}(^{3}mathrm{He}, d)$, $^{238}mathrm{U}(ensuremath{alpha}, t)$, $E=28.5$ MeV; measured $ensuremath{sigma}(ensuremath{theta})$. deduced $l$ values, Nilsson configurations, and level scheme of $^{239}mathrm{Np}$." @default.
