- W2331540382 abstract "ホルスタインAI種雄牛の遺伝的能力が1981年に公表されてから,種雄牛の供用集中化が顕著になった.この現象による採精パターンや精液性状の変化を検討した.さらに,様々な環境下で得られた採精記録の比較を可能にする基礎的な調査目的で,採精月,射精回次および採精間隔の精液性状に関する最小二乗平均値を推定した.調査記録は1974～1976年(年代I)と1984～1986年(年代II)のそれぞれ3年間に北海道家畜改良事業団十勝事業所で得られた記録である.1) 精液量,精子濃度および総精子数の平均値は年代IIで大きく,活力は年代Iで優れていた.活力を除く精液性状の標準偏差は年代IIで大きく推定された.2) 種雄牛の平均年齢は年代IIで小さく,世代交代が早いことが示唆された.また,採精間隔の標準偏差は年代IIで大きく推定された.3) 精液性状に対する各変動要因はすべて有意な効果を示した(p<0.01).4) 精子濃度および総精子数の最小二乗平均値は気温が最も高い時期から約2カ月経過した10月で最も小さかった.5) 精液量は1回目の射精で最も少なく,2回目の射精で最も多かった.6) 活力を除く精液性状は,各要因によって顕著に影響されるため,各記録を比較するとき,記録の補正が必要であると考えられた." @default.
