- W2332224416 abstract "背景：先天性心疾患の女性患者に妊娠は大きな問題だが，小児循環器医の指導は必ずしも十分でない． 目的：成人先天性心疾患（ACHD）女性患者への避妊法指導の問題点および改善点を検討する． 方法：対象は2011年1月～2011年12月に，当院小児科外来を定期的な経過観察のために受診した，14歳以上の女性．外来診療録にて診断，手術歴，症状，検査所見，投薬内容，性生活についての問診の有無，避妊法についての問診および指導の有無，リスク因子を後方視的に調査した． 結果：調査対象となった21例中，性生活への問診も避妊法指導も行われていなかった症例が13例（62.0%）で，性生活の問診のみ行われていた症例が4例（19%）であった．問診と避妊法指導が両方行われていたのは4例（19.5%）で，コンドームを用いたバリアメソッドと，超低用量エストロゲンピルがそれぞれ2例（9.5%）であった．CARPREGスコアなどのリスク因子と避妊法指導の有無に関連はみられなかった． 結論：当院の小児科外来ではACHD患者へ十分な避妊法指導が行われていなかった．小児循環器医だけではなく産婦人科医や女性看護師などの協力を得て，患者を包括的にサポートする体制の構築が必要である．" @default.
