- W2332492275 abstract "目的：本研究では，体重管理における誘惑場面の対策を評価するための，対策尺度を作成することを目的とした。方法：本研究の対象者は，自己記入無記名式の質問紙調査に協力を同意した994名であった。調査では，誘惑場面における対策頻度，誘惑場面における対策の行動変容ステージ，体重管理の知識，誘惑場面におけるセルフエフィカシー，現体重に対する認識，属性についてたずねた。分析では，対策の項目選定，探索的因子分析，信頼性（クロンバックα係数）の検討，確証的因子分析，妥当性の検討を行った。結果：解析対象者は752名だった（男性518名，女性210名，不明24名）。誘惑場面の対策として，「行動置換」11項目，「食べ方」12項目，「刺激統制」5項目，「ソーシャルサポート」4項目，「認知的対処」12項目の5尺度（計44項目）が作成された。各尺度の内的整合性（クロンバックα係数）は0.68～0.87であった。TTMの行動変容ステージが高い，あるいは，体重管理の知識が「ある」と回答した者ほど，対策尺度得点は高かった。考察：体重管理を行っている者において，5つの新しい対策尺度の妥当性と信頼性が確認された。本研究は横断的な調査であるため，今後は，体重管理の誘惑場面における対策とセルフエフィカシーの関係について，縦断的に検討を行う必要がある。（オンラインのみ掲載）" @default.
