- W2332649091 abstract "3H-thymidine autoradiographyを用い, porphyrin症および慢性骨髄性白血病症例の染色体複製パターンを解析するため,まず正常人末梢リンパ球のin vitroにおけるDNA合成時間, G2およびM時間を決定した.さらにDNA合成後期における正常人および上記疾患々者の染色体複製パターンを観察した.正常人末梢リンパ球のin vitroにおげるDNA合成時間, G2およびM時間はそれぞれ11時間, 1～2時間, 2～3時間であつた.光学顕微鏡レベルでの観察結果にかんする限り, DNA合成後期の末梢リンパ球染色体の複製パターン解析で正常人とerythropoietic protoporphyriaおよびcongenital porphyria症との問に有意の差異は見出し得なかつた.慢性骨髄性白血病ではPh1染色体は後期複製G群染色体に属した.また, A2染色体がA1, A3染色体より早期に複製を完了することが認められたが,これは正常人末梢リンパ球染色体の複製パターンと異なる所見である." @default.
