- W2334190345 abstract "これまで，多くの研究が，植物が人の心身に及ぼす影響に関する知見を多く蓄積してきた。我々は，身近な自然として，室内に持ち込まれた植物に焦点をあて，その心理・生理的影響に関する研究を概観し，知見を整理した。室内植物がもたらす心理・生理的影響は，オフィス環境を端緒として，医療環境や教育環境など様々な空間を想定して，調査されてきた。その結果，室内植物がストレスや疲労を軽減し，リラックス状態に導くなど，人の心身に有益な役割を果たすことが明らかにされてきた。そして，植物の量や設置方法のみならず，人と植物との関わり方が植物の効用に及ぼす影響が検討されるまでになっている。これらの知見の整理から，室内植物に対する人の認知度合いが植物の効用に及ぼす影響などを今後の検討課題として抽出した。" @default.
