- W2334335098 abstract "デキサメタゾン吉草酸エステル軟膏（ボアラ®軟膏）と油中水型ヘパリン類似物質含有保湿剤（ヒルドイド®ソフト軟膏）の適用順序によるステロイドの皮膚内移行性について，豚耳および健康ヒト皮膚により検討を行った。ステロイド軟膏単独適用はA群，ステロイド軟膏剤適用後，保湿剤適用はB群，保湿剤適用後，ステロイド軟膏剤適用はC群とし，豚耳における，ステロイドの皮膚内移行性をみるため，皮膚中のデキサメタゾン吉草酸エステル濃度を，HPLCを用いて測定した（n =8）。また，健康ヒト皮膚（n =2）により，ステロイドの皮膚内移行性を，共焦点ラマン分光光度計を用いて測定した。豚耳において皮膚移行したステロイド濃度について，A群，B群およびC群をそれぞれ比較したところA群が最も高く，次いでB群がC群に比べて有意に高かった（p <0.01 ; t-test）。豚耳における試験と健康ヒト皮膚による検討では，塗布順によるステロイド皮膚内移行が同様の傾向になることがわかった。しかしながら，その差はわずかであり，臨床的効果に差を認めることはないと考えられた。" @default.
