- W2334642610 abstract "塩事業センターでは食品衛生法ポジティブリスト制度に対応して食用塩の安全性に関する116項目の農薬等を選定した．科学的な根拠により安全性を証明するために，これらに対する分析技術が必要となったため，ガスクロマトグラフ/質量分析計（GC/MS）を使用した一斉分析法の検討を行った．塩試料中の農薬等は固相抽出法により抽出した．4種類の固相抽出カラムを比較し，スチレン－ジビニルベンゼン共重合充填剤であるPS-2カラムを選択した．試料をメタノールと水の1 : 1混合溶液で溶解し，農薬等のガラス器具表面などへの吸着を防ぐことにより回収率が向上した．親水性の農薬等は回収率が低いため一斉分析法への適用ができなかった．開発した分析法では，94物質（85項目）の対象農薬等を添加した試料について，約70％ 以上の回収率と20％ 以内の再現性が得られ，各農薬等の装置での検出下限は1～63 ng/mLであった．いくつかの農薬等については，低濃度での添加試験で回収率が低い物質も存在した．また，天日塩などの土砂を含む塩種では回収率に影響がある可能性があった．" @default.
