- W2334853900 abstract "酵母エキスから精製したマンナンが自然発症高血圧ラット(SHR)の血圧降下作用を有することを認めた.精製標品の構造は,赤外吸収スペクトル, 13C-核磁気共鳴スペクトルおよぴ講成糖分析により決定した. 精製酵母マンナンを腹腔内投与すると, 50～100mg/kgの投与群で2～6時間後に,また,経口投与すると, 100～200mg/kgの投与群で4～6時間後に有意な血圧降下作用を示した.また,市販の酵母マンナンを用いて,血圧降下作用を確認した.酵母マンナンの血圧降下作用は,陽性対照として用いたα-メチルドーパに比ベ,経口投与ではやや弱く,腹腔内投与では同程度あるいはそれ以上であった." @default.
