Methods: Methylation-Specific PCR (MSP) and RT-PCR (real-time RT-PCR) were applied to detect DNA methylation features of the PCDH10 gene in 100 smples. Results: The PCDH10 gene methylation in the gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues. Con-clusion: PCDH10 DNA methylation is correlated with gastric cancer." @default.
