- W2335555380 abstract "【目的】投与総熱量が異なる条件下で，高カロリー輸液に混注した微量元素製剤に由来する非コロイド鉄がヘプシジン.25 誘導に及ぼす影響を検討した．【方法】成長期ラットの必要総熱量を満たす300 kcal/kg/day，2/3 に制限した200 kcal/kg/day および1/2 に制限した150 kcal/kg/day の総熱量で微量元素製剤を混注した高カロリー輸液剤を3 日間投与し血清ヘプシジン.25 を測定した．対照は鉄を含まない微量元素製剤とした．【結果】投与総熱量を制限した条件下では，鉄を投与しない場合でも血清ヘプシジン.25は高値で，非コロイド鉄投与によりヘプシジン.25 はさらに誘導された．一方，投与総熱量を制限しない条件下では，血清ヘプシジン.25 は低値であり，非コロイド鉄を投与してもヘプシジン.25 は誘導されなかった．【考察】成長期ラットの高カロリー輸液での投与総熱量と血清ヘプシジン.25 は密接な関係があると考えられた．投与総熱量を制限し鉄の必要性が低い時に，非コロイド鉄を投与するとヘプシジン.25 はさらに誘導されると考えられた．" @default.
