- W2335725204 abstract "著者らは，栽培期間中に複数回行われる土寄せと同時に行う石灰施用が，ネギ黒腐菌核病の発生に及ぼす効果を病原菌汚染圃場において検討した。10月～12月に実施した４回の石灰施用により，可販株率が無処理区の3.3％から24.0％まで上昇した。また，低温期に高い土壌pH を維持することの効果を明らかにするために，葉鞘ディスクと菌核の組み合わせを用いて，様々なpH と温度で接種試験を行った。10°C 及び 5°C では，初期pH 7.0 もしくは7.5で接種したディスクの発病は，pH 6.5 以下の初期pH のディスクの発病に比べて有意に低下した。以上の結果より，低温期に土壌pH を高く保つことがネギ黒腐菌核病の発病軽減に有効であることが示唆された。" @default.
