- W2335740503 abstract "日本酒のX線照射マウスに対する放射線防護効果を検討した。供試の日本酒は米と米麹のみで醸造した純米酒(アルコール濃度10.5％)で，9週齢雄性C57BL/6JJms系マウスに純米酒0.6mL/匹を経口投与し，その約30分後にX線7.8Gy(照射線量率1.078Gy/分)を照射した。また，純米酒0.2mL/匹を7日間反復経口投与後30分後にX線を7.8Gy照射し，引き続き同様に7日反復経口投与を行った。対照マウスには普通酒(アルコール濃度15.0％)，純エタノール(10.5％)及び生理的食塩水を経口投与した。なお，普通酒は米と米麹に，醸造アルコールを加えている。X線照射マウスに対する放射線防護効果は30日間の生存率で評価した。その結果，大量1回投与(0.6mL)において，純米酒投与群の生存率は80％でエタノール投与群よりも高かった。生理食塩水投与群では26日目に全頭死亡した.純米酒投与群と生理食塩水投与群との間に有意差(p＜0.01)が認められた。少量連続投与(0.2mL)においては，純米酒投与群の生存率は普通酒投与群より高かった。純米酒投与群の生存率は生理的食塩水投与群より有意に高かった(p＜0.05)。日本酒はアルコ－ル飲料の中でもアミノ酸が多く，特にアミノ酸総量では純米酒(1771mg/L)が普通酒(932mg/L)の約2倍高であり，放射線防護効果にアミノ酸の寄与が思考される。純エタノ－ルにも防護効果はみられるが，日本酒に比べ低かった。以上，唯一日本酒のみの特徴といえるアミノ酸類に放射線防護効果があることが示唆された。" @default.
