- W2338777316 abstract "Resumo Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar as possiveis influencias da percepcao de politicas de gestao de pessoas no comprometimento organizacional, verificando o papel mediador da percepcao de justica organizacional. Para tanto, foram utilizadas escalas previamente validadas no contexto brasileiro, a saber: Escala de Politicas de Recursos Humanos, Escala de Percepcoes de Justica dos Professores do Ensino Superior, dimensoes afetiva, normativa e instrumental da escala de Comprometimento Organizacional. O survey on line foi aplicado entre docentes de uma instituicao de ensino federal brasileira, que obteve uma amostra de 415 participantes. Para analise dos dados utilizou-se analises multivariadas e modelagens de equacoes estruturais. Os resultados mostram que as dimensoes do comprometimento organizacional sao influenciadas pela percepcao das praticas de gestao de pessoas “Envolvimento” e “Remuneracao” sendo estas influencias mediadas pela percepcao de justica. Conclui-se que a percepcao positiva de justica nas praticas de gestao de remuneracao e de envolvimento aumenta o comprometimento organizacional, com maior peso nas bases afetiva e normativa." @default.
