- W2347381136 abstract "Objective: To investigate transformational leadership behaviors of nurse managers and clinical nurses' individual innovative behavior, then analyze the relationship between them. Methods: A total of 700 nurses from 5 hospitals of Harbin were investigated with Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and multi-dimensional individual innovative behavior scale by random sampling method. Results: The nurses showed a high-level individual innovative behavior. The four dimensions of transformational leadership behavior were positively correlated with individual innovative behavior. Conclusion: The nursing managers' transformational leadership may influence the innovative behavior of nurses." @default.
