- W2347583657 abstract "Zoige wetland,which is on the eastern edge of Tibetan Plateau,is the highest peat bog in the world.Due to global climate change,Zoige wetland faces severe environmental and ecological crisis.Based on spring(MAM) monthly precipitation data in recent 30 years(from 1982～2011) of 4 stations in Zoige wetland,the dry/wet status in this area is calculated and analyzed.Based on Z index which can characterize regional climate dry/wet variations,basic characters of dry/wet variations in recent 30 years of Zoige wetland was researched and discussed.The results show that,in recent 30 years,there has been no obvious dry/wet variation trend in the two stations(Zoige and Maqu) in the north of the wetland,but higher frequency of drought/flood events could be discovered,especially extreme drought/flood events,and there has been obvious wetting trend in the two stations(Hongyuan and Songpan) in the south of the wetland." @default.
