• W2347606503 abstract "Objective To observe the influence of the change of bacteria cracking temperature for the extraction of the quantity and the purity of the fecal bacterial genome DNA. Methods Fresh fecal samples were obtained from 10 patients with liver cirrhosis. Each patients' fecal was divided into two pieces which were randomly assigned into two groups. The QIAamp DNA Stool Mini Kit Kit was used for extraction. The fecal bacterial genome DNA in group A was extracted according to the Kit manual temperature requirements. The fecal bacterial genome DNA in group B was extracted according to the adapted kit bacteria cracking temperature. Results The quantity of the fecal bacterial genome DNA increased significantly in group A,compared with group B( P 0. 05); The OD260 /280 and the OD260 /230 had no obvious changes in group A,compared with group B( P 0. 05). Conclusions The method of adapt kit bacteria cracking temperature can obviously improve the quantity of the fecal bacterial genome DNA and does not affect the extracted purity. This method may solve the problem of shortage of quantity of intestinal fecal sampling." @default.
