- W2347802747 abstract "OBJECTIVE To determine the content of gallic acid in Megranate's-pericarp with HPLC.METHODS A zorbax-C_(18)column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used.The mobile phase was water-dimethyformamide-glacial acetic acid(99.82∶0.15∶0.03),and detected at 270nm with flow rate of 1.0mL·min~(-1),and the temperature of column was at room temperature.RESULTS The linearity of gallic acid was over the range of 0.081～0.811μg·mL~(-1)with the correlation coefficient 0.9999.The average recoveries of different concentration was 98.35% with RSD 1.63%(n=6);The within-day and between-day RSD was 1.01% and 1.60%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is convenient stable reliable and special for the dermination of gallic acid in Megranate s-pericarp." @default.
