- W2347856328 abstract "Objective To describe the occurrence and evolution of the syndromes for different mice gastrelceosis models,as well as the relationship between diseases and syndromes. Methods Based on reports,we select six methods of stress, acetic acid, histamine phosphate, antifani, apoplon and alcohol to make gastric ulcer model simultaneously, and set up the normal, abrosia, and sham control groups. Then we use the standard and quantization mice four diagnostic and differentiation methods. Then we use the standard and quantization four diagnostic and differentiation methods for mice, which are established to examine and appraise the above models in an objective, dynamic and quantified way. Results All six kinds of methods impair the stomach mucous membrane to different degrees.Among them,in the water immersion model, impairment to qi and blood, yin and yang is slight and recovers quickly. There were qi-deficiency,yang exhaustion and blood and essence deficiency in the acetic acid model. The histamine phosphate model has the tendency of the syndrome of heat in the stomach only in the early period. The transient qi and yang deficiency syndrome is found in the antifani model, but blood and essence deficiency syndrome lasts longer. The apoplon model, with typical syndromes of cold in the stomach, typical yang-deficiency(mainly yang deficiency of heart and spleen) and yin deficiency,is a serious compound model of qi,blood, yin and yang deficiency.Typical syndrome of heat in the stomach appears soon after the alcohol model is made and abundance of qi was found on the recovery stage. Conclusion Different methods in making mice gastrelceosis models have respective syndrome characteristics. This tallies with the Chinese medicine theory:where there is a disease, there is a syndrome.Simultaneously the syndrome characteristics can be detected by the four objective diagnostic methods and may be used as reference in formulating therapeutic principle and methods,as well as criteria for appraising curative effects." @default.
