- W2347970049 abstract "Rural microfinance institutions a rising force of strengthening the rural financial competitions,so its sustainable development is of significance to the growth of rural economy.The paper establishes an evaluation index system of the sustainable development capability for rural microfinance institutions from the dimensions of finance,customer,business and employee.In view of the characteristics of incomplete information,a measuring model of the sustainable development capability for rural microfinance institutions based on fuzzy linguistic group decision-making method under incomplete information is proposed,which describes appraisal information of decision makers by combining fuzzy linguistic scale with multi-attribute group decision-making method.Then we elaborate on how to make good use of this method.Finally,Village and Township Banks(VTB)are taken as an example in the empirical analysis to illustrate the validity of the proposed model,which provides a fresh idea of measuring the sustainable development capability of rural microfinance institutions." @default.
